Your weight loss, is our mission, but its hard to advise if we don’t know what you eat.

So we ask you to monitor your food intake using a tracker. Its a bit of a pain at first but you soon get into the swing and its definitely worth it… It can even be addictive.

Obviously calorie burn is all about you moving during your daily life. This can be in any form, walking, cleaning, gardening etc.

Again tracking your calorie expenditure is very useful, if you have a pedometer or smart watch then it makes this easy. Alternatively most phones have a health app.

We like to think of exercise as planned activity. This can be literally a walk in the park, playing your own sport, exercise classes or working out in the gym.
